Our founder, Ben Wolfe IV brings over eight years of experience in construction technology, working with some of the industry’s leading platforms, including Procore, Red Team, and Bluebeam. In client-facing roles across implementation, customer success, and sales, he partnered closely with many of the top ENR 100 firms—supporting general contractors, subcontractors, engineering firms, and architectural teams on complex, high-impact projects.

Ben has always had a deep passion for interview coaching and career development. He enjoys helping people land meaningful roles, clarify what they truly want out of their careers, and build the confidence to pursue it. After starting a real estate development firm, he decided to bring these two passions together and found TradesFoundry.

Our mission is simple: help people get jobs. We're building interview prep that actually understands the trades, speaks your language, and prepares you for the real questions you'll face. Because landing the right job shouldn't be harder than doing the work itself.
