Practice session recordings are retained for the duration of your active account to allow you to review your progress and past performance. If you cancel your account, your practice recordings will be deleted within 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Anonymized data derived from your sessions may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.
To determine the appropriate retention period for your information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process your information, and applicable legal requirements.
